I cannot see display on my phone. when i on it the screen goes white in color and i cannot see any display like menu or anything else but can receive or do calls.
To fix this problem is usualy simple, 90% of the time if you have a blank screen it is because the screen has come unplugged, open the casing of the phone and just plug the screen back into the circuit borad this should solve ur problem, please note this does not work if you have full white screen. hope this helps people with this problem.
I had my 3230 on yr 2005. The first time i drop it was about 2 weeks after i had it and that was the first time the screen goes blank. I was so unhappy then i smash with my hand then the screen goes ON again i was so happy coz i don;t have to leave my phone at nokia center for 2 weeks. Until now i had drop the phone almost 20 times and each time i drop it the screen went blank, then i just smash it from the oppsite direction of where the phone lands on the ground. But last night i had a dorp again, this time is not easy ..i no metter how hard i smash it and direct i smash the screen is still blank.

The phone won't stay on even when fully charged.. for no real reason it fades to white, but still can make / recieve calls. at times it won't turn off, and the only way to restart it is by taking out the battery.
