Question about T-Mobile MDA Compact Smartphone
I have had my t-mobile MDA Compact iii for about one and half years now. Without warning, it goes off and becomes difficult to turn it back on. Occassionally when it comes on, the screen just goes black. Now today, it's gone off and when you turn it back on, the screen just won't respond to touch. Do you have any solutions for me?
Sometimes the SIM card will cause this problem. The first thing I'd do is ask T-mobile if they can diagnose this issue down to your SIM card and have it replaced. If that's what it is anyway.
How often do you turn it off? ( you should turn it off regularly, at night when it's charging or whenever ) Do you have a lot of stored info that you do not use? It could be corrupted, try erasing some things you don't use anymore. Just a couple things to try.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
