My IPOD simply stopped working and my computer will not even recognize it, it seems to have lapsed into a coma. What can Best Buy do to help me?

Hey Ziggee911,

While Best Buy™ stores are able to provide support and repairs for the iPod Classic and iPod Touch that are beyond the initial factory warranty, they are currently unable to provide assistance for either the iPod Nano or iPod Shuffle. As such, I would strongly suggest contacting Apple directly for more information if you are currently encountering problems with your Nano. Apple's toll-free hotline is (800)-275-2273, but remember that you also should be able to request assistance by filling out an online service request at www.apple.com/support/.
