Question about Saeco Incanto Classic Espresso Machine

1 Answer

Hi, my saeco mahcine is making a noise from the steam automatic steamer and water is dripping constantly everytime I use the steamer. It appears to be dripping in side the machine and also from the steam outlet. I am not sure what is wrong with it as it has just started to do this and I descaled the machine thinking this was the problem. Please help... Thanks

    Hi,

You have to take off the top.

You have three screw in the beanhopper that has to be loosen.

Take off the water tank and you will see two screw in chassis, loosen this.

There are two screw in the front (control panel) you have to loosen, take off the steam knob.

If you open the door, on some models there are one screw in each upper corner.

Take off the top and you will see the steam pipe on the right side.

No steam pressure with little to no water/steam

Remove the steam wand and inside you will find a small teflon like tube at the top, throw that away and run water through the wand to make sure it is clear then re-assemble in machine and test.

Panarella is leacking

If it is dripping for where the steam usually comes out then you need a new Steam Valve Plastic. http://cerinicoffee.com/Saeco_steam_valve_plastic_italia.asp

If it is leaking near the valve where it should be coming out from at all then you should probably change the whole valve.

Cannot express the coffee into the cups

Solution nr one cold be the machine ran out of water and the circuit need to be filled up again.
This is the procedure to do that

Fill up your water tank
Open the steam knob na push the coffe button...in that way the water will be forced to go to the steamer. If you have water in the steamer like you asking for hot water....go to the next step
Close the steam knob and at that point you will hear a different noise and the watewr should be able to go direct into the boiler and start dripping like it was before.
if you don`t have hot water coming oput from the steamer....the problem is before the boiler and could be a clog on the silicon tube or the water pump is loosing friction..

Pls don`t forget to rate your experience
