Hi,

I look at the picture and the hole should not be there. You have to replace the boiler:-(

Will not power on


Hi There is a reset button or buttons depending on the boiler. That may be the problem or if it isn't the reset buttons its the board. If you need instructions for getting into the machine you will need to email me. This one and the next picture is the new style J boiler. The last picture is the old style boiler.

Saeco vienna leaks coffe from under the machine.


1-Try changing the seal of the water inlet under the tank (part# NM05.006)

2- Check the o-rings from the water tubes coming in and out of the boiler.

Machine will not steam


It sounds like the booster boiler is not functioning properly, either the thermostat tripped or the element is damaged.

There are two things you can do.
  1. Get a gasket with spare part number 9011.129
  2. Get a new boiler spare part number 286473055 (120V), 286472858 (230V)

I can't get the electrical outlet not to trip everytime I plug in coffee machine


It is likely that the element in the boiler is bad and going to ground. Or sometimes the steam boiler element connection gets hot and melts the plastic protector and touches the body. Google "Saeco Repair" and find an authorized Saeco Repair shop to send it to. It should be less than $250 to rebuild it.
