We have a hotpoint wd420

we have a hotpoint wd420 washing machine and it wont finnish a wash cycle. wont drain the water either, we do get an error code though in that the door locked light flashes as well as the reduce creases light. please help, also how can you drain the water out manually?

you have a blocked pipe - where the water is draining out. Either that or your filter is blocked.

best you open the back and take a look at the filter before calling out hotpoint - might save you 100 pound call out charge.
