As far as I know.there are two possibilities to get this error..
1)Sim card not inserted properly:
Try to insert the sim properly..insert it at the desired position
2)Phone may be locked with a particular network:
If the phone is locked with a particular network then you need to unlock
it.You can get the unlock service for your Blackberry 9360 Curve from either your network provider or
third party unlocking service provider like, unBBlock.com and
remove the network lock. Once unlocked it will
work with other networks.
Mostly this won't be in your case because the sim had been working fine
with your previous Nokia mobile and also the phone gives the same error
message when you insert other sim cards.
There might be some loose connection give it to a hardware service shop and check.
"Insert SIM" message means one of two things either the SIM has gone bad (most likly) or the phone is bad. If the SIM is the issue most providers will either provide one free of charge, or a nominal fee (about $20) The only way to confirm which it is, is to try another SIM from the same provider in your phone. If it works the SIM is bad, if it doesn't, the phone is gone.

I am soory but i didnt get ur memory card problem.
Here's how I fixed the damn headset thang on my Nokia.
Take out the SIM card and start the phone *WITHOUT* the SIM card. Wait until the phone's screen says, "insert SIM card." Wait a minute, then re-insert the SIM card, and re-start the phone. Voila, the horrid headset symbol is gone (I hope). Do it a few times if it doesn't take the first time (although, it did on mine).
Hope this works for you, because hell, that headset setting is a real beyatch when you *don't* want it. ;)
