if you are using windows 7 or vista, after installing the software:
1- go to start menu
2- right-click on computer
3-click on properties
4-in the left bar click on "system Protection"
5- click on advance bar
6- in the performance click on "settings"
7-go to "data execution prevention" tab
8- click on "turn on DEP" and add you software .exe file.
9- enjoy!
if this doesn't work:
1- right-click on .exe file of your software (main file for running program)
2- click on properties
3- click on compatibility tab
4-in compatibility mode tick "run this program in compatibility mode for"
5- choose windows XP SP2
6-now enjoy!

My windows 7 is not install 64 bits.

Sorry, but the Mercury P4VM800M7 only supports Windows XP. The drivers needed for Windows 7 are not available for that motherboard, which is why you are having problems.

As a consolation, there is a transformation pack available to make XP look like Windows 7:

I have Intel HT 3.00 Ghz Processor and Intel D102GGC2 motherboard. May i expand RAM upto 2 G.B.and may i install Windows 7

The Intel D102GGC2 motherboard has two memory slots that will support up to 1G of DDR2 533 (PC4200) or DDR2 400 (PC3200) SDRAM in each slot for a maximum total of 2G. There is a note on the Intel webpage that states that the memory should support SPD (Serial Presence Detect), which means that it should conform to JEDEC standards. Here is a website that sells memory for that motherboard:
http://www.memorystock.com/memory/IntelD102GGC2.html

If the memory doesn't support SPD you will probably get annoying popups telling you such. See this webpage:
http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/d102ggc2/sb/CS-026579.htm

Sorry, the Intel D102GGC2 does not support Windows 7, which means the drivers for Windows 7 are not available from Intel. That motherboard will support Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Linux.

There is a free transformation pack available here:
http://www.technixupdate.com/free-windows-7-transformation-pack-for-xp/

Here is the Intel webpage for the D102GGC2:

VGA Error

I'm thinking that you might be getting an error that infers that you should have a higher service pack for windows. It's up to SP3 now.
Also, not seeing the original question, have you installed all the most current motherboard drivers for that computer?

Error in clicking icon

you have downloaded the installation package and not the setup file. you will need to connect to the internet to start downloading the complete setup files. its something like installing the new version of yahoo messenger. u just get a small file downloaded and once u initiate u get connected to the internet to start the installation. i wud suggest that u try installing the acrobat reader 7. u will get the entire setup now. no need to connect to the internet.
