Dear Sue, it is quite easy. All WYSIWYG editors are equipped with identifying the files they can handle easily. You simply need to open any .HTML or .HTM file in Web Creator Pro. Press CTRL + O (on win) or CMD + O (on Mac). Once your file is opened you can edit it like you use to do before. Now, if you want to bring in everything that go to Manage Sites and open the folder in which your present site is residing and Web Creator 6 Pro Shall handle all.
The CD-Rom drive is not designed to accept the mini-disc. You may be able to buy an adapter that the mini-disk plugs into to make it spin like a full size disc. Unless you're talking about a different kind of mini disc, in which case you'll need a special drive.
I think you burn into CD\DVD is incorrect. Recopy any Software is OK using ISO, but to find out that your burn that into proper ISO also, It will not work. To burn is again is extracted from ISO back to Bootable Windows Vista DVD. Here is a a tip, use another program like Nero to burn into image, the file is .NRG or .ISO... Or for easy tip, try COPY DISC for assurance that it will run again as is. Good luck!
This can happen due to corrupt installation disc. Please ask for a exchange with your vendor. Incase of a pirated disc, I would suggest , Please refrain from using pirated disc as it will damage your PC.
