Question about Computers & Internet

I need to buy a replacement water tank for my Bissell Quicksteamer 2070 but the only place I can find only ships to the States. I need to find one that can be shipped to Canada, as I live in the arctic in a fly-in community and I can't get out to buy one from a store. Any ideas?

As for your dilema, have you looked on e-bay?

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Water leaking from somewhere on my bissel quicksteamer model #1970

This is not an easy one for us to offer advice on because we cannot see it. There are a lot of places that can leak water and there are a lot of parts that can wear out. You need to check the hoses and connections on all the tanks and spray bars. At least you can get parts for it now: http://www.vacsite.com/en/bissell-parts-1/bissell-parts/1970-quicksteamer.html

How can I clean or open the bissell quicksteamer dirty tank

Hi Deni! The collection tank can not be opened for cleaning. You may want to fill the tank with some hot tap water and let it sit for about 30 miutes.

Here's a link to our website if you decide to order a new tank.

I have a Bissell Quicksteamer plus model # 1950 and when I plug it in it begins to heat the water then trips the circuit. Can this issue be corrected?

Have you cleaned the tanks recently? If not do it.
Remove water from the solution tank and collection tank.
Keep the tanks open and allow to dry in sunlight.
If you can, remove the solution tank and see whether there are any leakage signs where the tube connects to the solution tank. If there are, use an adhesive that can withstand heat and stops the leak.
You can also contact Bissell consumer service on 1-800-237-7691.

Where can i order a quicksteamer plus 1950 clean water tank?

I had a look at the Australian variant of this model and located parts number 407-0931 Clean Water Tank.

My best suggestion is that take this part number and contact your local Bissell Service Center, go to the Bissell International website to locate information for your country.

BISSELL QUICKSREAMER MODEL 2070

Here is a link, don't know if it will work for you or not:http://bissell.com/images/UserGuides/1960.pdf
But you put you cleaning solution along with hot water in the upper tank, the bottom tank sucks up the water as you clean. Pull the trigger to dispense clean while pulling it back towards you, push it forward and repeat until done. If that link doesn't work, you can call Bissell and order a operator manual.
