SOURCE: MY COMPUTER LOGGED OFF AND NOW I NEED TO PROVIDE A USER NAME AND PASSWORD IN ORDER TO ENTER INTO MY COMPUTER!! I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT IT WAS AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I EVEN HAVE ONE??? PLEASE HELP!!!
let it get to the user log-in screen, hold down Ctrl and Alt and hit the Del key twice, a new log-in screen should appear, in the top box type administrator and leave the password blank and click ok.
See if it lets you in the administrator account and then please post back

This can be caused by a computer virus that prevents a program from unpacking... you may need to have a better antivirus like kaspersky Internet Security 2009, norton antivirus 2009....
Remember not all antivirus can detect virus... some virus can destroy your pc... especially the hard disk...
this two antivirus is what i have tested to be good in protecting the computer from viruses...

I also have the same problem,
Error while unpacking program, code LP5.
-It means the software has been corrupted,
In order for you to check what that software is,
analyze the error message and dont close it yet,
Beside the Error message when you minimize it, you should see a logo beside it, make sure you know what that software is.
That software has been corrupted, so you should reinstall it, or uninstall.
Ill give a screenshot so you can understand what i mean .
as you can see in the screenshot, i have spotted the software and it is DAP(Download Accelerator Plus Premium).
I can see that in your case, you have a problem with your downloader, as it is the reason why you cant download fromany other sites.

Try re-installing the webcam software & use updated files if the maker offers them. You can also right click the short cut icon & make sure that run as administrator is checked & also run in compatibility for xpsp2 is checked & try it again. Those numbers are great but unfortunately, not even microsoft knows what they mean,lol. Believe me I've tried thier support a few times with "codes" & they told me they're just generic & don't point to anything usefull.
