have you tried cleaning your infeed rollers as if sticking/slipping ( check for paper bits stuck within system ) print will be all over the page?? also you must have cleaned your print heads..

Hi, I would suggest you replace the black cartridge. Or you could try to run a few print head cleanings. Good luck.

Many times horizontal lines -- esp if constant (e.g. 4 inches apart) appear-- on laser printers indicates a drum issue. NOT usually inexpensive. Sometimes one can dis-assemble part of printer and clean drum with soft cloth and therefore "buy some time"
