You have to press 3cm to the right of the intended button on the touch screen. how do you fix it?

Turn the main power switch on the back of the machine off and leave the power switch on the left side on. Make sure no F-rom cards with firmware are in the machine. Press and hold energy saver and function keys down, turn the main power on in the back of the machine continue holding keys for about thirty seconds. The lcd blinks and shows a + on the upper left, press the + sign then one + sign on lower right edge and then one + sign in the middle. If the + sign goes away try the procedure again. Once it is calibrated reboot the machine and touch the Lcd in different spots to see how it works. Hope this helps.

I'm considering a Canon D340 multi-function copier and notice it has an "energy saver" button rather than an on/off switch. After making a copy, the panel goes dark. If you select the "energy saver"...

There is still power to the machine. It is simply waiting to be used. These machines use an "instant on" fuser. These fusers (the part that heats up to fix the toner to the paper) do not use a heater lamp that needs to stay hot. They use a thermal head that can heat up within a few seconds so no need to stay on and hot all the time.

Panasonic DP 1520P - wont print

Hi, I have solved my problem posted 5/2/08. Download the gdi driver from Panasonic website as I did above.
Install printer via Control panel, "Add printer" and browse to locate driver. If you do it automatic through the USB it will not work. Mine WORKS now!! Do check that the paper size is A4 also.
All the best...
