This issues looking printer head problem. check the following Steps for cleaning printer head :

Click on the Start button if you have Windows XP. If you have Windows Vista, click the Windows icon that resides in the lower left corner of your computer screen.

Click on "Control Panel," then "Printers and Other Hardware." Finally click on "View Installed Printers or Fax Printers."

Right-click on the name of your printer and choose "Printing Preferences." This should open a new window; next look for a tab or button marked Maintenance, or something similar.

Find the button that says "Print heads" or "Clean the Print heads" and click on it. You may be asked to choose which print heads; choose them all if you are. Make sure there is paper and ink in your printer, and that it is turned on ahead of time.

Take out the page your printer has printed and see if there are any grids or boxes missing. If there aren't, then you can just exit the program--your print heads are not clogged. If there are grids missing, then click on the "Cleaning" or similarly worded button.

Once the cleaning process has completed, print another page to be sure that your print heads are no longer clogged. If they are still clogged, repeat Steps 1-5 until your printer is printing clearly.

Left to right on the lower half of the sheet.

Lift the scanner cover and next to the scanner glass is smaller glass. Make sure there are not any pieces of paper, ink pen marks or dust on that glass. It will leave a black line while copying and scanning. You may need to get a flash light and shine it at different angles to see a pen or pencil mark on the glass.

When we attempt to print it leaves black streak marks. At first it printed all black and when we went to setup under maintainence we chose alignment and clean cartridges. This worked however we still see...

If an inkjet printer gives white streaks where it should be black, it means the ink is very low, or there is dirt under the nozzles preventing it from printing properly, or, in the case of non original cartridges, ink might be leaking which prevents the bubbles of ink to squirt onto the page.

If the streaks are black where it should be white, is sounds like some dust or fluff below the cartridge leaves ink smears on the page.

I get a "no cartridge" error though I've replaced cartridge. Cartridge works in another identical printer.

Check the two electrical contacts on the ink cartridge for small marks, which should appear if the ink cartridge was installed correctly. If the electrical contacts do not have small marks: 1. Re-install the ink cartridge, making sure you press down on it until it clicks into position. 2. Remove the black ink cartridge, then check the two electrical contacts on the cartridge again for small marks. Repeat if necessary. 3. Re-install the ink cartridge.

Waste ink tank over flowing??

Hi, like every ink jet printer, there should be an ink pad(spunch) at the bottom of the printer to collect the waste. That spunch might be full of ink. You could locate it, remove and try to clean it under the water. See if it works

Ink replaced, but sows nothing

A yellow exclamation mark in any application means the attatched item to it is usually in error state, but you say the printer works fine. Most people would tell you to not touch what is working!!! But leaving anything showing error risks further confusion and problems. I think that you problem is probably very simple. Do you know hao to reset your ink levels. Read your manual that came with disk or go to the onscreen help. You may find this will remove the issue. If it does not, then you may have a corrupted driver etc, and may need to uninstall the printer, and reinstall it again. Good luck.
