Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I canceled a print job and the printer stop printing and got stuck on a screen showing 2% completion of printing while the cancel button gray out. The printer menu shows print copy instead of printing from the computer. I rebooted the machine, turned the printer off and unplug it to reset the printer. When the computer came back on the the I got the same results. I repeated the same process but I didn't reboot and got the same result. I am now thinking maybe I should reinstall the printer files. What do you suggest I do next?
Start > Run > Services.msc
Look for print spooler, right-click on it and select Restart
Start > Control Panel > Printers and Faxes > double-click on your printer > Click on Printer menu and select Cancel all documents. Click on Yes.
Restart both PC and printer
