Hello,

A monitor that is slow to show a picture is a good indication of a power supply that is in the first stages of failure. The filter capacitors are not holding a charge correctly and it takes a bit to get up to full change and the power supply can start up. Here is a link to a repair guide that show how to open the unit and what to look for and replace to rebuilt the power supply board. The repair guide has pictures and videos to help you get it back running again.

I hope this helps, if so please rate my solution.

First, flip the switch for your power surge protector, to see if that resolves. Then, test the monitor on another computer and see if it works. If the monitor still doesn't work, look for another one. Hope that helps.

Motorola H700 can't hear me talk on it?

Hi,

Have you tried to use the device with a different phone? You can also try to reset the device: Close the headset's boom (microphone) and wait for the indicator light to turn off. Open the headset's boom and wait for the indicator light to display a purple light, a purple light signifies the headset is in pairing mode.

How do i fix my web camera to not turn me purple when i web chat?

You'll need to get an desk lamp of some sort to light your face.
What is happening is that your face is being lit by your computer monitor, which will give it a purple cast to it.
Find a nice, bright soft-white desk lamp to place to the side of your computer screen and that should be enough to prevent the purple face.

Won't go into pairing mode

Make sure that any devices previously paired with the headset are turned off. If the indicator light is flashing in blue, turn off the other device and wait for 10 seconds. The indicator light becomes steadily lit in purple indicating the headset is now in pairing mode.

Screen has no power

1. take a flashlight and light on the display after you started the computer and waited for about 5 minutes, if you can see the windows environment the inverter needs to be replaced (normally it's in the display frame under the display)
2. attach an external monitor to the laptop and boot. if the monitor shows something you don't have a defective graphic-card (maybe you must push fn + one of the fn-buttons showing a monitor)

if you don't get anything displayd by an external monitor the graphic-card might be defective - you would need a "new" motherboard then
