I have the dsc-w80, and it got wet in the rain while it was in its case.  I think the moisture damaged it because when i turned it on that same day it went static then blank on me.  I blow dryed it on medium heat and it seems to work while its still hot, but then after cooling down the screen starts to go blank... i really dont want to spend much in repairing it, jus want to get it working again without having to pay so much... help....

Whitout any more info to go on, I'd say take it to a camera repair place and have them clean it. most likely the sensor has dried mineral deposits on it, or the IR filter between the sensor and the lens has the deposits.

The lens are jammed due to a fall.......only turns on to view pictures, taking photos has become impossible, when it turns on image appears blury

Lens errors are fairly common. Usually it's sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Or the camera's been dropped with the lens extended. Or the camera has been powered on, but the lens had been blocked preventing its extension. Or the battery ran down with the lens extended ... Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try that may (or may not) correct it. They only seem to work for less than 40% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty (or repair cost approaches that of the camera), they're worth that try. Some of the later steps do involve some risk to the camera, so carefully weigh your options before deciding to conduct them:

The E18 error is fairly common. Usually it's sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Or the camera's been dropped with the lens extended. Or the camera has been powered on, but the lens had been blocked preventing its extension.

Here's some things that you can do to try to correct it. They only seem to work for about 50% of lens errors, but they're worth a try:

Blury Display on FE140

It sounds like your lens's focus element is stuck. Given the events you describe it is possible that a grain of sand has worked its way into the focus motor's gearing and jammed it up. Normally the small motor moves the focus optic in and out to achieve proper focus, if its movement is limited or completely jammed you will experience blurry pictures. The camera will have to be disassembled and the sand cleaned out to restore normal function. There are repair providers you can find online who can work on your camera.
