Question about Timex Expedition 84601 Wristwatch
This solution worked for me but I also had to bend the little copper tab upward so that it made good contact with the plastic pad stuck to the inside of the back of the watch

I have a similar Expedition watch, and I had the same problem today. I found that the watch back was installed 180-degrees off. I rotated the back 180-degrees and the beep is back now. (The piezo-whatever beeper is located in the watch back, and the little copper "tab" needs to touch it for the beeper to work).
