Thanks for the help, I have taken off the back panel and am faced with 2 components with 2 blue wires to one and 2 red wires to the second. Is this the thermostat. If so I take it that the spade clips just come off and the remove the part?
Thanks for the help so far Tony

Hi

I believe the that everything else is fine rather it is the thermostat that is located inside the rear panel to the exhaust duct that is bad and should be replaced. If you want you can test this fuse for continuity and if bad replace it as it cannot be reset. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

I need to clean the filter on my beko condensor dryer

The place I would start is to remove the vent hose from the dryer to exit wall and examine it for clogs then the other place to look for a typical clog point is the outside vent. If these ideas aren't your problem the dryer outer housing will have to be dismantled, this is a good sized job and you will need the repair manual for your beco for proper tear down and assembly.

Hi i have a two day old beko dcu 7230 tumble dryer the water tank and clean filter light keeps coming on even though they are clean and empty is my product faulty.

not too many dryers w water tank, but the air filter light maybe due to a lack of air movement. If you have replaced an old machine, then your problem may be with the existing exhaust and duct work, you'll need to clean them out thoroughly to know. You may have to go outside or up on the roof as sometimes these also have trap doors that become stuck.

Hello I have a Beko CRS 68 W condenser dryer (18 months old). I have cleaned out filter and Big unit at bottom ( Which I think is the Heater Exchange unit ) as instructed - However when we put a fresh load...

Clean the exhaust line connected to the rear of the dryer.
Run a load of laundry with the rear duct removed completely and see if the light comes on.

Water tank full (!) in bosch tumble dryer WTE86301gr

As a matter of fact I have solved the problem. The dryer is now fully functioning again. :-)
I'll try to explain how to fix the problem:
The water that condenses in the condensor (doh!) drips down into a container situated below the condensor. The moist air that passes through the condensor is the same air that circulates via the clothes, thus it also contains some lint that the filter doesn't catch. Over time there will be some build-up of lint and mucus (?), clogging the tank AND a sensor that sends a signal to the electronics to start the pump that evacuates the condensed water to the removable tank in the upper part of the machine. This messes up the function of the water evacuation system.
Alright, pull out the condensor and find a hatch in the 'floor' in the farther part of the compartment. Below the hatch you'll find the container that collects the condensed water. Start by cleaning it as thoroughly as you can. There are a few 'nooks and crannies', take your time, also flush with some fresh water and maybe some gentle cleanser to get rid of the mucus. The pump and the sensor for the pump are located in the left part (viewing from front of the machine) of the container. Try to flush there as well.

If this procedure doesn't solve the problem you'll have to disassemble the machine to also be able to remove the pump and sensor housing. I had to do this on mine. Quite a few screws to remove and keep track of, but pretty straight forward if aren't too uncomfortable with 'fixing things'.

I have some pictures of the 'project' somewhere, let me know if you would like to see them or if I may help you some other way.

ZDC5350W 'full tank' sensor

Look for the sensor in the tank. If it is a float sensor then check it is not stuck. If it is a probe then clean the insulator.

Tank full light stays lit.

Under the water bottle is a drain hole, when the bottle overflows water runs down this hole through a pipe to a reservoir behind the condensor unit, there is a float in this reservoir that rises and clicks a switch that activates the full tank light and stops the machine working,
removing the stopper at the rear and emptying the reservior should do the trick,If the float does not go back down due to dirt in the machine the left hand side panel can be removed by taking off the top then the retaining screws, one inside at the top the rest in the back panel, remove the one screw holding the float switch unit and clean the black float.(Make sure it's not plugged in)
