I don't no my password for my apple I'd I try to get apps and it asks me for password and I don't no it

the password it ask is your apple id password. the one you type in to download apps. if you forgot you can click on the link Apple My Apple ID and from then move on following the easy instrucions.

Where are these updates coming from?
Apple's updates come automatically on some systems and from the App store on others. App store ones will ask for your apple ID password in order to download. Others come via Software update and ask for your computer password in order to install.
Be wary of any system updates that are outside these two parameters that ask for passwords.
Your phrase 'I need to go to [email protected] is something I have never seen before. Who is [email protected]?

Which program were you trying to update? Are you trying to download and install new software (that is not from Apple App Store?) Are you running Mountain Lion (OSX 10.8)? The password needed is your administrator password.

When it asks for your password, it's basically just asking you to verify your identity. All you need to do is enter your Apple ID password, which is the password you enter every time you download an app or songs or movies etc. Hope this helps :)

To have an iphone you had to have had an itunes account. There's no way around that.

You can go to their forgot password and reset it and see what it was. Or you can just open a new free account through them.

With out an itunes account, you can't update now, you can't download apps or anything.

Try downloading the Yahoo! Messenger app from the App Store. You will need an Apple account.
1. Go to your iPod and tap the App Store icon

The user name and password that is asked for is the same one you set up in itunes when you appled for an account.. the user name is the e-mail address you used for the account and the password you associated with it so if you have not done so set up an account with itunes first.

If you have already got said account then double check to make sure you are entering the correct password the e-mail you used should be already visible in the dialogue box that has popped up asking for the password
