You cant block icomming calls from some specific numbe with Nokia 301, but as a compromise solution would be to silence it, i.e. to play silence, when unwanted number is calling. You can create group unwanted, add your unwanted numbers, download some silence tone and assign this tone as the ringtone for this group.

Check your settings and look for an icon that titles "security". This application will give you access to reset the device back to factory defaults and erase all data. If the handset prompts for you for a code, it should be the last four numbers of the device's most recent #.
