Have you ever sprayed Silicone Lubricant under the track on the sliding pad?
Just lift up the track as best you can and sparay it all over the underside of the track on the sliding surface. Get as far in as you can from both sides and spray it over the entire length of the slide pad like you are giving it a quick thin coat of paint. Spin the track for a few minutes to spread out the lubricant then give it another coat. Repeat every couple months or so depending on frequency of use.
Just make sure you don't get any on the top part of the belt, the side that you run on.

I use this stuff and it works well for me. No squeaks anywhere.

Well, an unlubricated track will almost certainly squeak somehow, and it will definitely wear out much faster requiring premature replacement.
However, there is no way for me to tell from here if your particular squeak is belt related, or perhaps roller bearing related, because they would both emanate from the same general area.
So as a matter of basic troubleshooting, you should carry out the recommended maintenance on the belt, and then if the unit still squeaks, at least you are then pretty sure it's not just because you neglected to ever lube the belt as is normally required.
If the squeak is not the belt, then it may be the roller bearings. These are normally factory sealed and cannot be lubricated / maintained. They can only be replaced, which is a more significant dissassembly procedure.
I'm afraid there is no way I can tell from here what the source of your particular squeak is. There are at least half a dozen possibilities. Your best bet is to contact your local dealer and have them send over a technician. He can have a look at it right in your home and troubleshoot the problem in situ. Once he diagnoses the problem he can make the necessary adjustments or order new parts as required. This is probably the easiest and most cost effective solution unless you are prepared to completely disassemble the unit yourself and start replacing components one by one like the drive belt or roller bearings until you find the cause of the squeak. ------Joe

Try oiling that part for smoother function.

How do I oil that part? How do I access the part? What kind of oil should be used? Do I need to disassemble the roller mechanism? Your solution does not provide enough detail to be useful.
I have a Healthrider s500i treadmill that squeaks annoyingly when I run on it. The noise seems to be coming from the front roller area but if I just run the treadmill without being on it there is no squeak. What do I need to oil and how do I get to it/
I went and watched the video about how to lub under the track and I understand that this maintenance is important but do you really think an unlubricated track is SQUEAKING?
My question is how to stop the squeaking.
I lubricated the track as demonstrated in the video. Treadmill still queaks.
