Hi , i have purchased this model last week , but couldnt able to find screen saver option ... why is it so , or is this option is not available in this model???

Try switching the "Source" to TV (click on "Source" button on the remote), then going to Menu>System>Screen Burn Protection. It shouldn't be grayed out anymore and you can adjust it. Then switch the Source back to whatever it was before.

there is a part in the phone from the dgitizer which is the glass part and when the cable comes loose just a little bit parts of the screen wont work.

Control panel Power options adjust time for monitor time to sleep you can adjust 5 minutes to never the option available same can be done for hard disk. This is necessary as even monitor is active and when hard disk goes to sleep you may end up in same situation
Alternatively you can activate screen saver by
right click on desktop, settings screen saver choose screen saver set time to activate screen saver.

Hello, to turn off the screen saver just follow these steps.

Open Screen Saver Settings by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Screen Saver.

To turn off all screen savers, under Screen Saver, click (None) in the drop-down list, and then click OK.

To turn on a screen saver, click a screen saver in the drop-down list, and then click OK.

I bought one last week which would not connect either. So, I purchased another one last night as I walked into CVS and there was one available. Took it home and it connected once I turned on the wifi, double clicked on the little tv and entered the network key in my preferred connection box that I selected.

Turned it off and back on . . . it connected immediately to Google.

I will be getting a refund tonight for the one I purchased last week.

You need to start your pc then press "F8" button then select the safe mode option ....window will start in safe mofe....then you need to restart your pc again ...then it will work...

If your are running Windows XP you have have several options. USE OPTION 3 ONLY if you are comfortable working with system files and as a last resort.

1. Open your "control panel" > "Display". This will open your "Display Properties" window. Click the screen saver tab and set your screen saver to "[None]" This setting will not put your monitor into any screen saver mode.
   
2. Open your "control panel" > "add or remove programs" usually a downloaded screen saver will appear in this list, find the appropriate file/screen saver you wish to remove & click remove. If you wish to permanently remove the screen savers.
3. I strongly suggest you do full back up of your system or at minimum create a "Restore Point" BEFORE you do any of the following suggestions!!! You could also search for the screen saver files. Click "Start" > "Search" This will open the "Search Results" Dialog window. look in your local hard drive where XP OS is installed. This usually is your c: drive. In the "All or part of the file name:" box enter "*.scr" this will give you a list of screen savers in your "C:\WINDOWS\system32" folder. Be VERY CAREFUL working in this file!!!! If you delete the wrong file your OS System may quit working properly or altogether! I am not sure if a downloaded screen saver has the file extension ".scr", I think they do. Maybe someone else could clarify that for both of us.

there is a problem with wondows itself. you need to contact microsoft itself or even the place you got it from to see if they have any sigestions.

In vista, right click on the desktop and then select personalise.
On the personalise screen, click on display setting.
Activate the screen saver and check the settings.

Pls try with different screen savers if one is not working!!!!!!!
