You have to just force it out there are no tricks except use a pair of multi grips to twist it & hope it doesnt break.Usually if it does break it won't affect it anyway.good luck

They are hard to remove and replace. I have done hundreds of these. The best tool to use would be a pair of wire cutters or side cutters. The will grip the pin for removal and re installation. Grab the pin at the base and push the side cutters down to pry the pin out of the wheel. The best way to do it is remove the wheel. Unplug the unit first, then squeeze the two tabs in the middle. The wheel will then lift off. Take a picture of it first so that installation will be easy. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
Not seeing exactly what you have. I am guessing...does the humidifier have a trap on it coming out of the furnace?. Is this some type of over flow from the humidifier? If so...
I would suggest running a 3/4' pvc pipe from the hose coming off of the humidifier and at a point lower than the humidifier install a trap...like what you see under your sink. Come out of the trap and run the solid 3/4" pvc to the drain and put a 90 elbow turned down into the drain. Buy installing a trap you should not hear the loud dripping noise.
Tilt is locked out in reverse. You can pull out the tilt set pin which goes from one side of the mounting bracket to the other. Some motors have a feature which allows the engine to jump off the tilt pin when you hit something going forward.
I also had this problem. Here is what I did. When the white cover comes off, it exposes the white circular facing. That's ok, once we get the pin trap out, the cover snaps back on. What has happened is that the pin trap is so full (of money in my case) that it is jammed. The facing has an indentation, but you can't get a grip on it with something like pliers because pliers squeeze, they don't spread. I found a tool at the hardware store called "chain pliers" that when you squeeze them, the jaws spread. There were multiple indentations on them, the first set were pretty thin and I was afraid I'd break the plastic lip on the facing. So I cut the tips of the chain pliers off with a hack saw. Once I got a grip on the facing, I jiggled it in and out until it released.
