Why does it freeze and whine when I'm trying to play music CDs or streaming video?

Not exactly sure what could be the cause but something that fixes small glitches for laptops sometimes is a hard reboot. You can do this by turning PC off, unplugging it, then remove the battery. Next hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Once done release the power button, put the battery back in, plug it back in, boot it back up and see if you can play the CD's or video. Hope this helps!

My laptop don't have a sound everytime i watch a movie? after i reformetted my laptop.which program should i use to install the audio? thanks..

After installing Windows, you need to install the laptop's device drivers (this includes the audio driver).
You can download the device drivers from the laptop manufacturer's WEB site, select your model laptop to download the drivers.

Losing 1 gig per day

There could be a number of reasons for losing 1 Gb of downloads each day.
If you are viewing or downloading movie, video or YTube, these are usually large files, movies are Gb in size.
If your e-mail have video or audio attachments, these can be Mb size files.
If you have a wireless Internet connection and if it is not secured properly, someone could be accessing your Internet without your knowledge and using up your download allocation.
Is someone else using your computer, do you know if they are accessing the Internet, chat room, blogs, etc.
