if youve changed the password on the router since the other computers logged onto the network, then you need to delete the network history from those computers. Otherwise those laptops will be trying to connect to the network with the old details.
Did you set the IP address manually on the other computer? Is your router set to act as DHCP server and assign IP addresses automatically? If everything is set to DHCP then check the router and make sure it is transmitting on channle 10. Most providers set the cahnnel to 6 which has issues with HP laptops on occassion and maybe effecting you as well.
