Question about Sega Master System Console
Does the sega master system 2 only work on certain tv's? i dont no which lead goes were. can u guide me through the setup process please
Hi, Sega master system 2 are connected to your TV via an RF cable. One end is RCA which connects to your console the other end is Pal which connects to you TV's antenna inlet if your using the sega RF switch then the RF switch connects to your antenna inlet on your TV and you should have a RCA to RCA cable which connects the console to the switch. Please note these cables and power adaptors can in some cases be faulty. These console are manually tune to VHF-1 frequency so make sure your TV has this frequency. some do tune to UHF but most tune to VHF-1 if you need parts or what your console modified to allow it to connect to your TV's AV inlet or S-Video visit www.gameoz.com.au as they stock a huge range of Retro gear.

This is how you hook it up. you put in the AC adaptor (the one that plugs into the wall) into the outlet. of course though you have to put the of the ac adaptor (small end) into the Sega. then you put the rf modulator (cable input) into the back of the tvs cable. and of course you put the end into the system. it will probablly be channel 3 you have to turn the tv too. if not, try channel 4. turn it on and see if the sega symbol appears. if you could tell me what year the tv was made in then that would help too, if the steps i gave you didn't work. hope it worked.
