Please reinstalled Printer driver or restart computer or printer then you new driver installed it. Or installation before scan virus and removed it. Or proper check it all connecting cables.

trailing cable should not be bent in some places which cause porbleme of comminucation with Carriage PCA

Try cleaning (or blowing air at) the sensor (right hand side near service station)

www.hp.com will have the drivers you need assuming the printer is new enough that it is still being supported with driver updates, just look for support and downloads at the top of the page then there should be a search box where you put your model number. id provide you with a direct link to the driver you need but unfortunatly HP's website isnt working for me at the moment.

Hi there,

• Unplug the printer cable from the computer.
• Unistall the printer drivers from Device manager and also unistall the all the printer appications
• restart the computer
• try to download drivers from the website
• after installing drivers and software it will ask you to connect the printer.
• then you can connect the printer and and try to Print the test page.
