How can i install my dell printer a960 with my windows7?

Just go click on the link I post and select your operating system (if its XP just use the page I post) you will see a + sign with the word printers beside it. Click the + sign and download both the driver files and the firmware files and install.

Just in case I included the link below to the Vista drivers, firmware and patch. Install all files offered.

Note: you should save all the files and burn them to disk so that you have them for later. Also if you are using XP it wouldn't hurt to download the Vista drivers to for future upgrades that Microsoft has pretty much made inevitable.

Hi there

On the multi function machine seems to be a coating on the metal rod that the cartridges travel on. Just wipe this rod with a Kleenex and the problem seems to go away.
Somehow it presents a drag on the cartridges and causes an error.
Myself I would put a little bit of oil after on a cloth and wipe along the bar.

Please all I ask is call back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one, so I will keep on helping.

1st You download Printer Driver. Dell Printer Driver For Windows 7 After this install the Printer driver in the system.
Installation of Printer Driver

• Go to the control panel
• Click on the System Icon
• Click on the Hardware Tab
• Click on the Device Manager then
• Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
• Right click on it and uninstall it.
• After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
• Driver installation Wizard start.
• Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
• Driver will be install.

Those custom software is developed by third parties for DELL printers, so you have to search for that product in the site of the developers.
Sometimes you may get a free version or you have to pay, depending upon the vendor.
