- On my LG RC897T the dvd tray gets stuck half way out. I pulled it out slowly with my hand. It is still under warranty. I called for service and they are sending me shipping labels to send it for repair. It also makes a humming sound when a dual layer disc and sometimes a standard disc is played.- GuestApr 01, 2009
