To obtain the driver for your sandisk device go to http://www.sandisk.com/DriverDownload/index.asp and find the driver for your device..and then connecct the device on the back of your computer...it should work properly..if you are still having any problems..let me know..i would be more than happy to assist you.. Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine thetype of video file format it uses.
Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI andWMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX.
If your player cannot play a video then it is anincompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to aformat that your MP3 player uses.

Remove the card and connect to the computer go to my computer and right click on sansa click format do what it says then try and load your media on it to delete your card put the sansa in msc usb mode and connect you will see the card under my computer format that too if you want to

Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
Firmware Upgrade- Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once. My same player did not come with the CD. Depending on which program you use to get your music on your player, the CD is not needed. Try connecting your sansa to your computer and open whatever program you use for your music.
