Hi beth_chico,
In order to get the problem fixed of forgotten passwords, you need to reset the router to it's factory settings. That means, you need to setup the router again. by holding down the Reset button (it's at the back right beside the power connector) for 10 seconds.
You might need to call your ISP for the other Network settings.
