You need to check the ports and try to check if any pending files are left
Please perform the steps by disconnecting the USB cable from the printer.
1. Click Start and then click Run and in the run window type services.msc and then press Enter.
2. Locate Print spooler from the Services window which is opened now.
3. Right click on it and select Stop.
4. Right click on it again and select Start.
see for the printer icon and a checkmark on it and now try to print.
