Question about Canon BJC S300 InkJet Printer
I was having a problem in the past that my printer cannot print black very well it was because their was in the black ink tank holder some frozen ink so I cleaned it with alcohol by letting the ink tank holder in a cup of alcohol for 1 day and then I dried it and used 2 new ink tanks.
First the problem was normal. And usually when I do this procedure the printer have to print several times to get clear printing.
But I suddenly found that when I give an order to print the green light became orange and nothing is printed.
Few days after the problem was gone and I got this new problem:
The printer prints the paper but very slowly and like it prints one line and then stops for a few seconds and the most worth is that nothing is printed
It is like it does not use the ink??
What should I do?
I can fix it but need some assistance about what to do?
So plz any one can help???
Slow printing and ink problem are not relate I think.
Ink as you say is lack of use and drying out -and the remedy cures that.
Slow printing is more to do with the computer not passing the info quickly enough from the data store[called print spooler]
This could be because you have other programs running and the resources are taken up.
So What to do.
Uninstall the printer software.
Restart the computer
Come off line
disable the anti virus software
Reinstall the software.
Make sure there are minimal programs running else where when you go into print mode
