I can't find the remote for the phillips dvp 5982 Do you know where I can get a replacement or is there another way to control the DVP other than its own remote? Thanks.

I found the link to order this remote by first going to the Phillips website, then in their search box, typed in your model number then clicking on parts search. They also offer many universal remotes on that site which will work with your model so that using the exact model remote is not necessary.
