I just did the same on my 94. You have to remove the clips that hold in the grille, after un-fastening them, pull up on the grill to get it off of the truck. Also as a tip, put the fastening clips back into the grill, first, instead of in the frame. That way, all you have to do is pop the grill (with fastening clips in place) back onto the body. This gives you access to the headlight. There are four small screws on the trim around the headlight that hold the light in place. Be careful with the screws, they are very easy to drop and lose. Then, you can simply unplug the light, pull it out and replace it.
