Go to any Web Browser and put 192.168.1.1 in to address bar.
If this does not work the the default configuration settings have been changed and if you do not know the routers IP address you can do one of 2 things
1. Reset the router by holding the red in-set reset button on the back of the router for about 5 to 10 seconds while the router has power.
The lights will flash oddly and after the front lights have stopped blinking try the above step again.
2. If you have windows go to the start menu. Click on: All programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt.
Once the window opens type "ipconfig" and put the IP address under "Default Gateway" in a web browser to access the router configuration.
