If you have the pictures in a SD/MMC memory, just turn off camera and remove it , then you put the memory in a compatible reader connected to your PC; but if you have pictures at the internal memory of camera, you'll have to use Kodak EasyShare software to transfer pictures from your camera with USB cable, it can be downloaded from the following link:

Installed the disc on my computer for my kodak easy share C813 digital camera when I purchased it . I somehow have lost this installation on my computer & I cannot find the disc to reinstall it .

Go to the following Kodak site and click "download now for free"

http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQuerier.jhtml?pq-path=130&CID=go&idhbx=easysharesw&pq-locale=en_GB&_requestid=4162

Install the software then reboot the PC. Once rebooted plug in your camera to your PC then switch on the camera. The Kodak EasyShare application will see you camera and then go though an initial setup for your specific camera. Just accept all the default options and then when this is finished the software will download all your camera contents to a folder on your PC. You then select SAVE and then you can wipe al the pictures from your camera and then unplug it and switch it off ready to take more pictures. Each time you plug in the camera to the PC in future the download sequence will automatically start for you. Read the help file with the application and you can do more things with it.

I need to install my kodak camera without the disc

You can download Kodak software from
http://support.en.kodak.com/app/answers/list/c/890

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Hey

Did you install the camera software onto your computer? If you don't have the disc, I suggest that you go to the manufactureer's web site and download it. Without the software your computer probably doesn't recognize your camera.

Digital camera

Hey brittaney89,
There is likely damage to the lens. There are many authorized repair centers. I would either contact the manufacturer and they should have a list of authorized repair centers in your area, or you could bring it to a Geek Squad® precinct in a Best Buy™ store and they should be able to send it out for service. Without having it looked at by an authorized service technician it would be very difficult to guess as to the cost of the repair, but I will say that often with cameras the cost of the repair exceeds the value of the camera.

Sincerely,
Allan

Same xd card problem

Hey! Yeah i managed to resolve the problem and keep all the pics too. I used one of those kodak touch screen machines in a camera shop where you put the memory card in and downloaded all the pics onto cd. When i had checked that they were all on the cd's, i formatted the memory card and it has been fine ever since.
Hope this helps!

Kodak EasyShare Z1275 Digital Camera software

Though I'm not sure how to solve this problem, I don't recommend using the program for downloading pictures at all, it's unecessary and slower. Without it, you can treat your camera the same as any other USB drive - open the camera drive as you do any other folder, and drag/drop or copy/paste picture files off of it.
