please can you help me as this problem has been accuring on my acer laptop for the past two weeks which is enableing me to stay connected to the internet, also i cannot update my windows, or my serurity. i am currently running windows vista service pack one, please.. thankyou/.... no matter how many soultions i have done and installed it still wont repair this problem, i have also done a system restore to try repir it but it wont... please help

Clarification Request

That means U R always connected to Internet as long as U R using UR System. My Question is :-
1) R U using Licensed Copy of Windows ?
2) Is there any Anti Virus or Internet Security installed in UR System?
3) R U sure that UR System is not infected by some Spies, Spoofing, Phishing etc.?

yes my copy of windows vista is lagit as it was instaled when i boguht the laptop....hmm yes i am currently running norton sercurity and have been since i bought my laptop almost 1 year ago....yes i am sure it isnt infected as i ran heaps of security tools
