Look to see if the small rings or squares under the key are intact. You can carefully with a sharp item lift off another key cap, they usually just un clip and lift off. Don't pry to hard if it doesn't come off easily so you don't break another one. If it comes off with the clips still on the keyboard, examine how they are positioned, see if your #2 keys clips are not separated or broken. Separated, you usually can compare to the other key cap you removed and if not broken it might only require a small adjustment, then just snap it back on. Key boards are different but it would be ideal to find a spare or broken keyboard you can use to replace the clip if broken. If it just won't snap back on, you can use "sticky tack" or even a small piece of gum!

How do I get into safemode on my acer aspire desktop

1 Restart the Acer Aspire netbook by pressing the "power" button on the netbook's keyboard or by pressing the "CTRL," "ALT" and "DEL" keys at the same time. 2 During startup, hold down the "F8" function key immediately when you see the "Acer" splash screen and the option for entering "Setup." 3 Keep pressing the "F8" key until the "Advanced Boot Options" menu appears. If you receive a "keyboard error," restart the Acer Aspire and repeat step 2. 4 Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Safe Mode" selection on the "Advanced Boot Options" menu. The arrow keys are located on the right-hand side of the Acer Aspire keyboard. 5 Press the "Enter" key to execute the "Safe Mode" selection. The Windows operating system will now start in "Safe Mode" and you can perform a system restore or make needed changes to get your Acer Aspire to boot normally again. Two of the keys fell off. Its a acer aspire 3050.

the is an armature under the key that holds it evenly flat. make sure that is not missing before snapping the keys back in place.
If the parts are completely missing your best bet is to find a complete keyboard on an otherwise broken machine that is the same as yours.
good luck
