It sounds like you are most likely running windows 7 starter? They disable the ability to change wallpaper to other images but there are 3rd party apps available online, Just do a google search for windows 7 starter wallpaper apps.

Using the "Personalization Panel" Program
Note This will show you how to download and use the Personalization Panel program to add Personalization to the desktop context menu to be able to change the desktop background, Windows Color and Appearance, Sounds, and Screen Saver in the Windows 7 Starter and Home Basic editions.

This program does not add the desktop slideshow feature though. 1. Download and install the Personalization Panel program

2. When finished installing, you can now right click on the desktop and click on Personalization.

3. If prompted by UAC, then click on Yes.

4. From here you can select and set the Appearance and Personalization options you like. (see screenshot below)

It appears this has become an issue with people with the Asus laptop webcams with Windows 7.

Windows 7 operating system goes out and gets drivers for components that are detected.

From what I can find, you can try to uninstall the device and go to the Asus web site below to install Asus driver for your webcam. Most who have this same problem have found this to be the fix.

Windows 7 starter and home does allow the user to change the desktop image.

background picture changing is disabled in windows 7 starter edition and vista starter edition

thats actually the disadvantage of having windows 7 starter. you can't use your picture as desktop background. thats the limited feature of windows 7 starter, you can't change your desktop background.

For Asus password you will have many ways to choose. No matter you need Windows 8 password recovery or Windows 7 reset software can all sovle the Asus password reset.

the cable must attach latop to router or switch hub
then u must attache the desktop to router or switch hub

the work group must be the same in your latop or desktop

to change the work group!!!

4.computer name
5.click change
6.the work group of the two computer must be thesame
7.and then apply then restart
