Wolfgang puck bistro rotisserie convection oven

HELP! I have been given the above, but I cannot figure out how to use it and I have no manual. I have turned on the oven button, set it to broil, etc and nothing happens.

Once I was successful getting an english muffin to toast, but don't know how I did it.

Am I going to go out an buy another one or can I be saved?
