Please contact your service provider to be get a MMS setting. the same with getting the GPRS setting for your phone.

HI jcosby007 Ok you need to get to the menu settings on the phone. Power cycling really doesn't help you in this case. Once you get to mms settings you need to hit the options. In the options it should give you a viewing options for your messages. You need to set it to time and make sure it doesn't say contacts. Also make sure that the phone isn't block by att from recieving mms txts. those are picture messages. Hope this help

you need to call the customer service to activate your MMS service. they will send you a service message

ring your network supplier and they will send you a sim update and this will sort out the problem
