hi, when there isno light on keypad, it means that the light IC controlling from the board of the cell phones that makes the keypad and LDC light comes on is damaged and needs to be replaced.


It gets damaged due to water dropping on the phone,or if the cell phones light is getting weak and can't stay on for too long..

When you replace the light, the cell phone will be ok.


Make sure you take it to an expert to fix the light for you... take care..

It might have got moisture into it.. take it to any mobile repair shop.. It won't cost much.. The small damaged parts need to be replaced.

just press on your keypad.. ( *#06#) IME = serial number....

there are 3 ways to lock the keypad.

first there is a icon for settings. click on it and look for right side. with this you can stroll down and mark all of the features you would like for shortcuts. look for one with lock keypad. all you have to do is touch this and the keys would lock.

second, is look for keyguard and set it to automatic. this would automatically lock your keypad within a few seconds of not using it.

finally, you can touch the upper left key and the symbol *. this can only be done manually and if you perform the 2 step, this one is not needed
