Have Blackberry tour 9630 which was brought from sprint so we could used it overseas in Germany where we now live and since we no longer have sprint they refuse to give us the unlock code so that we may use the internet......Help

You could unlock it by IMEI, you'll get this data by dialing *#06#, with this you'll have to buy an unlocking code, a web site where you could buy it is http://www.foneszone.co.uk/unlock/how_to/BlackBerry/9630.php
Another way is using an unlocking software installed in a PC with the corresponding programming cable.

Thanks for the info but after paying close to $600 for this phone just so I could use it over seas, I don't feel I should pay another dime, this info should be free

Hi, I am getting "Activation Required"

##000000 should work to reprogram the phone, if it doesn't you will need to take it to your local sprint store for servicing.
when it does work it will bring you to a CDMA service screen, you enter your number (including country code) and then hit menu and save.
