Built-in home theater package for a remodel

I'm remodeling and have the walls down to the studs. Is there a home theater package for this application where the speakers would be built into the walls around the room or is just running wire to speaker locations for a pre-packaged system my only or best option? Either way, what would be the best wire to use and best system reasonably priced?
