you should write all details of your transaction problems including the item no if you paid using paypal log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim hope this helps

VPP only works if you purchase an item on eBay motors site. ask the seller for the eBay 12 digit item number so that you can check if this item is a legite listed item on eBay. Do not pay if you do not bid or won the item on eBay site. This is a spoof email. Please forward the messages you got from this seller to [email protected] so that eBay can investigate this for you
Red Flags, Dude, all over the place. I wouldn't deal with this seller no matter what assurances they gave. Just find another car, there are thousands out there just like the one you want through reputable dealers. Let this go before you get taken to the bank. Don't ever give anybody your ebay information, never.
