Sony TA-N9000ES Flash light when turn on.

My Sony TA-N9000ES 5 channel Power Amplifier is down, when turn on the amp, there is no click sound and the red light is flashing continuously. I've contacted Sony service and it indicated that the unit is no longer in warranty. To have it services, I have to ship out the unit to TX. If some one could point out for me a problem or help me to locate a service place in the northern CA.
