i switched to progressive scan on my lg hdd dvd recorder and now i cant switch back .. i have no picture or menu screen

- i managed to hook unit up to a portable tv using video and audio leads in back and although it was in split screen i managed to switch off the progressive scan ... thanks very much for taking to time to reply to me .. i think in future i wont be pressing buttons just to see wat they do hehetake care

It says in the book that the video output jack has to be set to RGB when using the SCRAT jack. Is that the correct setting?
Is there another way you can hook the player up to your tv? like the av ports?
