My pendrive (sony 8 gb ) not detecting in my computer from yesterday and the same time it is detecting in other computers and other pendrives/hard disc are detecting in my computer

does this pendrive work on other computers if it does then use a different usb port if it wont replace pendrive

My 8 gb toshiba pendrive is not detected by the computer.. what shud i do? my pendrive model is n723 d32210....

I tried renaming it by right clicking but its not working.its 8 GB kingstone pendrive.can you help?

try to open in another computer see if it opens there n get ur data first coming to the unknown device issue, firstly insert ur pendrive to usb slot firmly then refresh your comp for about 5 times wait till the drivers are installed open "my computer" n see if the pendrive icon is displayed if its displayed double click n start using . If the above procedure does not work first time do repeat it ur pendrive will work for sure

just go to the device manager in ur desktop,,uninstall and install the feature usb port,,,look if this works

change the pendriver claim warranty

Your pendrive is infected with Autorun.inf virus
to remove this virus install malwarebytes (It is antimalware software)and scan your whole computer as well as your pendrive when you scaning finish remove all threats

virus might be caused for such problem, scan drive with a updated virus cleaner.
